The QD6000 disk mounted control cabinet can collect, process, display and upload on-site analog signals uniformly, and achieve standard Modbus RTU communication between one slave station and two master stations through a 485 data acquisition card. The implementation method is that the 485 data acquisition card reads out all instrument card information and stores it in the card storage area, and communicates with the two main stations (upper computer, intelligent detection platform) separately. And achieve data synchronization and update, bus signal isolation, without interfering with the detection system.
This detection system is a distributed control system that adopts an open, standardized, modular, and serialized design to isolate complex sites step by step. It has the characteristics of simple and convenient maintenance. When a certain part or component fails, it can be replaced online without affecting the operation of the entire system, and the fault can be quickly eliminated.
